We process your order as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 business days. When your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number of the package. If you choose to pick up your order in our showroom at Godthåbsvej 20, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark, you will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up.
As our products are ceramic, we package them as carefully as possible and with extra wrapping to ensure they are not damaged under shipping. If, however, the contents are damaged, please contact us at hello@ancherstudio.com as quickly as possible.
